For all the Insomniacs out there who just can’t sleep and / or like staying up late and / or are up when they shouldn’t be, and / or just mooching around the house in a bored insomniac state; - here is some Prime-Time late-night must-see spectacular Viewing For Your Eyes Only!! : ) TRY IT!!

Not sure how this will go down with the powers-that-be, but it's just intended as some fun!! It can be removed as seen fit.

Okay, here goes! Am no Expert or anything of the sort lol, but I would suggest first relaxing, then pick an image / diagram to zone in on, - not so-much concentrate just 1 that grabs your attention, - then .........

Please Do Not Avert Your Eyes!!**

Look but don’t look!! It’s as simple as that! : )
Avert your eyes if ya can; - look at the picture but not directly full-on ~at~ the picture lol, - pick a certain point or something miniscule in the picture to look at but where doing so you’re not looking at the whole picture if ya get me??!! Just take a quick peek and look away again, - enough to put your eyes into a gaze of-sorts or a dazed look. : ) Hopefully by doing this, your eyes will become idle and then you can get busy looking at ALL the other images and diagrams all-together and YAYYYY you’re awash with colour!!! Enjoy!
