Look up Used a Bit on Facebook.

They are two girls in North Dublin who buy and sell second hand tack. I know they always have a selection of saddles so they may be able to help.

Think one of the mums at the yard is looking to get rid of a pony saddle, they just bought a new one! In Dublin too so PM if you're interested!

Just be aware that not all second hand saddles fit properly. We have seen a lot of horses in the last couple of months all with saddle damage due to badly fitted or incorrect saddles. This damage has then cost the owners quite a bit to get fixed by specialists. There are many safety reasons why a correctly fit saddle is essential. So just be careful, if buying second hand check the tree and do a little research on the fitting instructions of that brand. New saddles are so cheap now that second hand is not as essential as it once used to be.

Anyway, best of luck finding something right..

Never assume that a YO or instructor are knowledgeable in fitting a saddle properly, it is a skill in it self.
