    Novice here, rarely bet but decided to put a few today.

    Just had the gold cup winner, €45 to collect, how do you collect the winnings?

    What is your deposit method?? You can only withdraw to the source of the deposit method eg you lodge money with paypal you can only withdraw to paypal, bank to bank etc.

    My deposit method was with a visa debit card, I have to send them a copy of my ID for age verification before I can touch the winnings. Had I known that I was going to have to jump through all these hoops I would have just gone to the bookmaker.
