    I see the competition winner for the Google Doodle was Pat Horan from St. Munchin's College.

    His winning doodle gets to be the Google logo for 24 hours.

    Not seen much about this at local level, but it was on Ireland AM this morning, so nice to see a Limerick school and pupil win. The school gets a €10k grant because of this.

    heard him on 95fm the other day. Came across really well as a young fella who knows what he wants to do with his life.

    its the second time a Munchin's student has won this. Last time was about 2008/09. great result for the school.
