A: Just by the way: Technically there's no such thing as a "Bank Holiday". They are "Public Holidays". And Monday IS NOT one. Today IS. That being said, those people who don't normally work on Saturdays are entitled to another day off instead. In alot of 'Monday to Friday' type businesses, they will close on Monday instead, but there's no absolute entitlement to a day off on Monday.

B: I'd be very surprised if Portroe are closed on Monday. Diving is a leisure industry. In my opinion it would be a bad idea for anyone whose business is other people's leisure activity to close on the Monday of a Public Holiday weekend.
