Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

You could try Ecco, Camper or Geox.

Be careful of Ecco if you have narrow feet - I bought a very expensive pair of loafers to go with suits, and was half crippled in them. Had to give them away to a charity shop after about three wears

ETA - that applies to women's shoes! No idea if you're a man or a woman, or what Ecco men's shoes are like.

I have to wear formal shoes for similar times and after spending years trying clarks and designer makes, I bought a pair of Ecco's over a year ago and they are the best by a country mile. I would find, the odd time I use a fashion pair, that my legs would get tired and my knees would get sore. However, putting on the Ecco's are like slippers. They have improved their styles as well so they are less aimed at an older generation.

I could not recommend them enough.

Eh, I'm a man as well. I'm not sure how formal do you need them

I've always found hushpuppies really comfortable, I used to wear a pair of their heels as work shoes and have a pair of their sandles I use as walking shoes on holiday. Can't speak from a man's point of view though.

Rieker shoes are always very comfortable!! I'm not so sure if they would be suitable for work or if they have nice styles, but they are worth a look.
