Use of Social Media in Service Delivery by the Department of Social Protection

I am a part time student in the Institute of Public Administration completing a Masters in Public Management. As part of my Master’s degree, I am undertaking a dissertation on the use of Social Media by the Department of Social Protection in its service delivery methods. The aim of the dissertation is to see if providing service delivery through social media channels is a viable service delivery tool for the Department of Social Protection.
This is a 5 - 7 minute survey, in which the questions are mainly multiple choice and simple rating questions. I would really appreciate it if you would please take the time to answer these questions.
