Today I ordered

I've gotten a few deliveries over the last few days - wasn't really thinking ahead, so there's a bit of an overlap!

I ordered a DCT and 5 BOGE carts to go with it, plus a replacement 501 battery from HealthCabin - delivered in just 12 days with their normal shipping method.

They sent me a pack of 5 batteries by mistake, so I've no excuse to be left short (even if I'll have to wear a bandoleer like a mexican gun fighter to carry them around).

From ezsmoke I ordered 5 Boge 3.0 SR carts for the Lavatube, and then 5 normal DCCs as backup for the 501 batteries. They're still the plastic DCCs which can't take a large amount of juice, but I like the cooler draw from them. The newer DCCs that TBS stock don't seem as good as the original ones I bought.

And then finally I got my lavatube and battery charger from newmark and Sir Digby respectively. Tried one of the Boges in it last night, but I don't think I did it right, so will try again once I get some more juice.

And of course the one thing that hasn't arrived is my latest batch of juice from Inawera, which I am hoping will arrive tomorrow. I've got some Ry4 as backup, but I find it very harsh.

That's good to hear, Declan is excellent to deal with.

But being a cheap bastard, I don't think I can look past the cost of 400ml juice (DIY) for 30 delivered from Inawera.

Had to try this famous Litchi
Went for the 900mAh Twist, am sure it be very long but should do the job.
Vision eGo is the first disposable in a long time but i think it can be repaired so will give it a bash and see, never got one like this before which looks like a Ce2 or something.

I like that charger Eoin got for the eGo batteries.

dekang litchi anyway, I got some perfumers apprentice concentrate I wasnt happy with really and I got some litchi from toscanamall that was the same. I'm very curious how my newly mixed litchi w/ dekang litchi concentrate is gona turn out

Only went on to buy the Twist, can see how some of yas spent $100+ previously in them places.

it seems to be mainly forout and about VV, the battery life at higher voltages isn't stellar but if all you're doing is using it for a few hours in the pub at 4V it should be perfect.. if long

someone over at ukvapers just said they got six hours before it died from an LR boge carto and the twist @ 4v w/ the 650mah

I have to get one of them adapters as well because I let the other one I got go with the bulli when I sold it.
I'm sorry I did now because I dont really like the whistle tip on the genisis lv and I'm going to have to pay another 14 dollars including delivery for the adapter for the second time.

It's only the price of 30ml of juice which could be rotten ,at least you will have it for years just like the atty.
I know it's extra money and that's the way it is with a repairable at the start but it pays off in the end if ya stick to that atty for a good while.

Very true im just havin a rant because i only got one a couple weeks ago and could have held onto it but didnt think id need it. I couldnt get used to them whistle tips at all, im really lookin forward to using the lv with a regular drip tip.

I tried taking the whistle tip off for the crack of it and just vaped straight off the atomiser with no driptip on it and it worked a treat a much warmer vape but a bit uncomfortable trying to vape straight off the atomiser as its so wide.

Id say with the adapter it will massively improve it alright not that its bad with the whistle tip but I just prefer the regular drip tips I'm so used to them. Looking forward to getting the adapter now

If ya find a drip tip that fits the adapter tightly, let me know which one it is.
I use the transparent ones, it's a little loose but no big deal either.

The silica gel ones fit in tight but they are horrible drip tips, the ceramic ones are bit loose as well and i find they give off a bad taste.

It's great to have little to worry about when ya have a good atty is'nt it :pac:

Also, realised that I don't have a multimeter, and needed more batteries for the lavatube so put in for one of the new kits on TBS. And just to make sure I take full advantage of the new amp limit, a 6ml DCT as well.

just trust me on this, don't do it


also do you have enough wick/wire? you'll probably run through what clockworks sends you pretty fast

alec76's mate andrei sells wick and I think still sells wire.. clockworkds has been using that wick in the rta and says it's fine

I don't have any actually, are his contact details in the other thread? I've a bit of reading back over that to do anyway, am I right in saying the kanthal .20 wire was the best or was it nichrome?

kanthal is best for mesh wicks as it's a thicker wire... other than that I think it's largely down to personal preference. some people prefer kanthal, some nichrome.

Bought some Liqua strawberry and Liqua apple, 2 x DCT carto's (so that I have 4 cos I find issues with a good few of them). Got an echomizer LR just for a change.

Was going to get the eGo-C twist but only seem to have the 650mAh and I'm used to the 1000mAh eGo and their battery life and didn't want to go back to the shorter lifetime. One 1000mAh does me for a full day.

Holy moly. The 1000mAh is big enough as it is!

You're right though. I have a 1000mAh VV eGo and it's very long. So long that I don't really use it.

yeah, once you hit that length you're as well just taking a lavatube out with you for all the difference it makes

the 650mah is meant to last long enough @ 4v though. and tbh they're pretty cheap for what they do. worth having one or two of them.

ask him if he's selling wire still and what wire he's selling

clockworks sent some relatively high resistance wire with mine when it came so depending on what resistance atty you want, maybe get some .2mm nichrome for low res and some .15 for standard (nichrome)
