you know that little glass office to the left of the main entrance in the college? anyone know what time that opens? have to get a change of address form and if they're there at 9am it'd make things quite a bit simpler for me when planning my morning out

Should be someone at 9 anyway...there's usually someone in there when I walk in every morn just before 9.
