Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Any ideas when iPhone 5 is coming out?

Looked a lot for a discussion on this but couldn't find one, please move if one exists. Just wondering is there any ideas when the 5 is coming? I got a Samsung before xmas and to say it's crap is spot on. Definitely nowhere near as reliable. Anyway back to my 3gs from tomorrow as I'm selling the Samsung and was thinking of buying a 4s but, well with the actual cost of it being so high, might be as well waiting for the update.

I've heard before around may as the date. Does anyone know or have any sources? I'd like to know how long it will be and whether to just bite the bullet and go for the 4s or be patient and go for the 5.

Nobody knows, any body that says its may or any other month is speculating or simply lying.

I would imagine that may is too early and that it will be at least october, to give the 4S a 12month run. Obviously, this is my own speculation.

It could arrive at WWDC. But late September/early October again seems more likely.

I would be of this opinion too.

I wish it were sooner, but I suspect also it will be in the Autumn.

Apple need to reinvent the iPhone somewhat and can take their time doing so while their new iPad prints cash. :pac:

I'm hoping to upgrade my 3GS this year and I will aim to get a 4S unless it's the summer by the time I get around to buying one in which case I may wait for the 5. My guess is the 5 will be out around October time but again that's just a guess.

Yeh they need to sort out the battery if it's going to have 4g. Maybe the new A6 will be out. That could help with that.

So I reckon the same time as last year for Apples 6th generation phone.

    Indeed, the Daily Mail.

Bollocks on both counts, I'd say. A summer launch and a 4.6 inch screen.

The daily mail & the daily mails comment sections always make me cringe, badly.
