Dog from Eastern Europe

I have a dog that I got from a shelter. I cannot find any details about her microchip even though I have the number. Any ideas about where I could try? Any help would be appreciated.:p

A shelter here in Ireland or one in Eastern Europe? Was she chipped by them or before?

http://www.europetnet.com/home.aspx might give you something but if the chip is not registered then there will be no details.
