Hi Aquila,

For new electricity customers we offer:

4% discount for direct debit
2% discount for online billing
5% overall new customer discount

For Dual Fuel (electricity and gas) customers we offer:

The above 4% and 2% for electricity and gas each, as well as the 5% overall new customer discount, and also an overall Dual Fuel discount of 3%.

A contract applies, as per terms and conditions.
