I am slightly confused to why your son only gets sna on two days - is he withdrawn and worked with individually. Either way I would assume because there is no school Monday the hours will not be made up elsewhere

He s at playschool 5 days p/w sna gets paid for 2 days p/w 3 hrs p/d so i think its unfair if my child misses out on bank holidays there ar 6 bank holidays in year so that means 6 days that my child needs does not get thats not right

This is probably not what you want to hear but if you think about it, even though it seems unfair that he's missing out because he gets so few hours if he was getting the full 15 hours a week but missed out on 3 because of a bank holiday you wouldn't query it or expect the 3 hours to be made up. The sna may not be available to make up the hours if she works with another child the other 3 days of the week but it might be worth asking if the days can be changed permanently so that he doesn't miss out on so many.

The sna is only working with my son,no others and this is her 3rd time changing her days her days were wed/thurs then thurs/fri and now mon/thurs
