    I am a 32 yr old male, 95 KG at 5 feet, 8 inches in height. I play indoor soccer twice a week for an hour. I cycle to work 2k each way 6 times a week. I do 300 press ups a week and 200 crunches.

    My question is why am I gaining weight on the scales. Trying to loose weight and get fit...

    You are eating too much. It really is as simpel as that.

    The energy burned during soccer, cycling etc is not going to be high enough to make up for bad eating habits
