Hi I have been working in a company the last 14 years,5 years ago I took up a position where i have doing the same tasks the role has evolved but yesterday the company has asked me to change roles to a role with a lot less responsibility this is to facilitate the boss brother moving into my role,the role I have been asked to move to is very basic but if the company makes redundancies this position will be one of the first for the chop!! do I have to except this situation as my pay will stay the same?
