Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi. I have this coming up in a few days- i am respondent. Am very confused. the summons stated all sorts of stuff about vouching expenses and pensions, and the solicitor mentioned contacting me reg filling in a questionnaire and that they would contact me in due course. I wrote to solicitor and asked what I was supposed to do reg pension, sent in bank statements invoices etc. Not a word back!!!! Do i turn up or what?!! None of what the clerk asks for seems to be done

Your solicitor can advise. No advice is available here. You are more than likely required to attend as well.
