Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi all,I lost the keys to my vespa a while back, I was going to get scooter island to sort it out. However, my brother reckons there is a place I can go with my log book, and they will give me a number which I can bring to a specialist key cutting service and get the keys cut.

I'm waiting for him to get back to me with the name of this place. Any body know anything about this?

    Cheers,

Contact the main dealer to get the code of the ignition key.. They'll need proof of ownership ect. . Take the code to a good locksmith who'll cut you the key on the spot....Cunneen's in Oliver plunket st. In Cork did mine ages ago , ring someone local to you they'll give proceedure...

Sadly Bikeworld are now the main Vespa dealers i can't see them beimg too helpful. I phoned up honda before about keys and all the would do was sellvme a new ignition at 300Euro plus. Fcuk that I was off to city spares.

2 options so, contact the locksmith and ask them how to do it.....
......or remove the front of the bike to get at the ignition/ lock unit the number or code will be printed on that... Fun fun
