Memory foam cushion/Lumbar support.

Anybody know of anywhere around town that sell memory foam cushions and lumbar supports for chairs? I bought an office chair recently from Argos, it's not the best but I reckon if it's pimped out with the above articles I might be able to sit in it longer than an hour. Appreciated.
