IP infected with the DarkMailer/YellSOFT DirectMailer - what do i do?

Just been told my IP is listed in the XBL (or CBL) in "the Spamhouse Project" - notification said "This IP is infected with the DarkMailer/YellSOFT DirectMailer or other similar trojan"

What do i do.
(I have ESET Nod32 Antivirus and also run an Ad-ware for spam. I'm not technical but would have set up and installed all programmes onto Laptop myself)

Dude just download malwarebytes if you haven't it's free and it might catch it, after installation let it update and do a FULL scan.. download the one on the top right that says latest version.... ---> http://www.filehippo.com/download_malwarebytes_anti_malware/ you should contact your hosting provider regarding this issue.

Often the IP's listed in blacklists are the IP's of your ISP, e.g. the SMTP server via which you send your outbound e-mail. Have you checked that the IP listed is in fact yours or is it your ISP's? Do you know if you have you a fixed IP from your broadband provider?
