Cats dragging home rabbits & decapitating them

It's that time of year again, people living next to fields will know the situation. What's so juicy about the bunny head to cats ?, they leave the rest. Only seem to do it in the morning. I found 3 headless bunnies in the dogs kennel yesterday.
