Need a quiet place to study....

Living in Ballsbridge and looking for a quiet place to study.... Is there any possibility i might be able to find a library with a private booth if that makes sense? I am studying French via Rosetta Stone and need to be able to talk aswell as read - not very loudly but i do need to be able to talk.... Any suggestions??…
