My lawn needs attention... where to buy lawn fertiliser in bulk?

    Ok,

    My lawn has lots pf moss and is compacted.

    The plan:

    1) Spray moss.
    2) Rake out dead moss.
    3) Rent aerator to help with drainage.
    4) Spread fertiliser.

    Where would I get lawn fertiliser in bulk?

    Look in the local Agri Co-Op
    18-6-12 would be a good Spring/Summer Fertilizer.. don't go any higher in the first number, it's Nitrogen and will push too much grass too quickly.

    0-10-20 or 0-7-30 would be a good Autumn feed. No nitrogen for Autumn feed as you want to replenish the soil rather than force growth over the winter..

    €25-30 for a 50kg bag, would do half acre nicely..
