Hobo Build Upgrade

    Hey guys,
Friends of mine were looking into upgrading a severely declining Dell Desktop. The decals are long worn so I can't find a model number.

From my last build and a fair bit of research, I know that one can be built for relatively cheap, seeing as it's only really used for photographs and the internet.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, especially if anyone can keep it around 200e.

What I would need are the following:
CPU (was thinking Intel Celeron G530 Box, LGA1155)
    Ram (4GB-Kit Corsair Twin3X4096-1333C9A DDR3, CL9)
Optical Drive (LG GH22NS50/70/90 bare schwarz)
    PSU (Super-Flower SF400Atlas 12CM 400W)
    GPU (maybe not even needed?)
Mobo (Gigabyte GA-M68MT-D3P NVIDIA Nforce 630a, mATX)

The current HDD will do with Windows already installed, at least until the shortage ends.
The case is an old Dell, looks in the 5000 series, will it be okay?
All peripherals are grand so won't be needing any.

Harwareversand is perfect to get the stuff from.

    Thanks, Emmet.
