Hi does anyone have any advice on buying property in villamartin costa blanca or information living in the area, have been out there recently there are some excellent property bargains to be got, would appreciate any advice or info please.. thanks..

I have been going out there several times a year since 1998. I like that area very high Irish population lots nice Irish bars and good golf and restaurants.

My holiday property is ten mins down road from La Zenia.
