clanbrassil street Fuud restaurant

always wondered why the Fuud fast food place on clanbrassil street was never reopened by anyone, think frier tucks owned it, they spent crazy money fitting it out and it didnt last, was it location? which i think is good enough footfall anyoneremember what was there before them and did anything do well?

Certainly can't be the location as the Foodhouse across the road is packed out. Probably just the style and quality of the food.
