A friend of mine is selling a small 2 bedroom apartment about 45 minutes North of Bergamo (Ryanair direct flights) It's ideally suited as a base for walking / skiing weekends and holidays. Her problem - She speaks no Italian! She bought it through a local estate agent with help from an Italian friend. Now she doesn't know…

Now she doesn't know how to get it onto the market.

Does anyone have any ideas what she ought to do?
