Credit Cards and Contract of Sale

    My limited understanding of this is - if you buy something with your credit card the contract of sale is with the Credit Card Company.

    If the goods then don't show up I assume the CCC are under an obligation to refund you.

    If the above statements aren't utter nonsense (which they may very well be) how does this apply to o2 money cards, gift cards and alike which are normally prepaid mastercards.
