I'm looking for advice please,
My friend separated from his wife and moved overseas where he had been living for the last 12 years,he died a few months ago leaving a ten year old child and partner,for the last few years he had been trying to divorce his wife and get a small share of the sale of the family home here and have his state pension left for his new family,do they have any rights here? Im told there will be a small weekly pension paid to his daughter.Is there anything else they could be entitled to here?The child holds an Irish passport.They have no income now and are in a very desperate situation,any advice greatly appreciated .
