Hi, Is it possible to set up a direct debit to be paid out of a foreign current account rather than an Irish current account? Thanks

Hi Fungus,

Unfortunately it is not possible to do this - a Republic of Ireland bank account (with a sort code beginning with "9") is the only way by which direct debit can be collected.
