Hey can anyone tell me if CIT (specifically Media Comms Dept. by canteen) is open on Saturdays and Sundays? Cheers

Don't think anything opens in CIT on a Sunday. Don't know about Saturdays in general, but tomorrow the power is being cut for the day in the main campus.
There is a planned power outage on the Bishopstown campus this Saturday 31st March 2012.

This work is essential as one of the transformers located on this campus needs to be upgraded with immediate effect.

The entire campus will be without power with the exception of Rubicon & Nimbus.

The power will be switched off at 8.00am and is expected to be back up by end of day.

This will results in a number of IT Systems going offline for the duration of the power down. These services include:

    Staff Email services

    All network and internet services

All phones services on campus (except CSM and NMCI)

    All internal websites (http://its.cit.ie www.mycit.ie )

Student email will be available using the direct link http://mail.mycit.ie

Continual updates available via IT Services twitter http://www.twitter.com/cit_its or facebook https://www.facebook.com/myCIT throughout the day.

Apologies in advance for any inconvenience caused.
