Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Saw a thread about a 16yr old criminal who stole a car crashed it and died was closed on page 2 because a few people said what they actually thought.

Has boards gone soft or a bit too pc now why can't you say what you want here surely free speech should be encouraged provided its not racist sexist or abusive to other posters what's the problem.

OTT some of them mods are.

It's not that long ago i saw something about stopping sopa and Internet censorship on this very site

There's no such thing as 'censorship' on a privately-owned site.

The protests against the Irish equivalent of SOPA dealt with actual (i.e. government-mandated) censorship.

The thread was locked because there was already a thread on that subject.

Personally, I find people celebrating the death of a 16-year old raised into a life of crime quite revolting.

There is some great discussion on After Hours, but it can also be quite embarrassing at times.

I'm glad that thread was locked. There's enough witless rabble-rousing going on around here at the best of times.

If you have a problem with what we do then we are always open to discuss it in pm or in feedback.

We won't be cluttering up the forum with threads like this. We've already had our yearly feedback thread.
