    Hi,

Was just over on the HTPC forum and a guy there was saying how he has his storage drives set to spin down after 15 mins of inactivity.

I didnt want to go off topic there... so was just wondering how can this be done... and is it for only internal drives or can this be down to the likes of WD usb external drives too?

    Thanks.

Right-click desktop -> Personalise -> Screen Saver -> Changer power settings -> Change plan settings -> Change advanced power settings -> Hard disk -> Turn off hard disk after [x].

Note that this applies to all local drives. I haven't found a way to do this on a per drive basis (yet).
