What is the difference? I've been told that using Command line to test ping is much better and that anyone that knows anything about networking should know that. I haven't heard of any differences before and I seem to get similar results off both.

The difference is with Pingtest.net you must use on of their servers.
Command line is much more flexible and you can select different parameters.

    Is there an accuracy difference?

Yes. A quick google search will explain in detail the difference. Command line is far superior with regards to accuracy. There are alot of factors that can throw off your result. The browser used, the programming language of the website, etc.
