cat ate raw pork liver

When I was preparing some of my dogs food my cat robbed some pork liver. Is it ok that she ate it? I know there's a lot of iron in it but is it ok to give as a once off?

Yes. She should be fine given it's a once off. You may even find your cat would prefer an all raw diet, but liver shouldn't be a large proportion of that diet.
