Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi im just looking for advise here.. Split up with my childs dad in sept 2009, we werent married just living together, never went to court to get childs maintenance off him, just becouse i was always felling sorry for him (he lost hes job etc) i know now when i look back i think that was silly thing to do.He doesnt care about him at all he havent seen him since january 2011 (this is hes own wish not to see him). He has no legal work. I know hes working iliagally (not paying tax) and getting social welfare payments.
I havent got clue were to start and how much that will cost me?

See a family law solicitor, if you can't afford one, apply to the nearest Law Centre for legal aid.
If you have proof, not hearsay, that he's on the fiddle it might help your case, if you know what I mean.

http://www.flac.ie/gethelp/ It might be worth making a call here first of all. The suggestions by the poster above me will either take months to get realised or else cost you money.
