Extend Wireless Broadband from House to Cattle Shed

Whats the best wireless option to extend a wireless network from the house to a cattle shed 100m from the house?

My buddy is looking to set up wireless cameras for cows caving! Running a cable is not at option at this stage as it has to cross a road.

I've installed a few of the 5GHz models. Ubiquiti make some nice kit.

If you want to mount them on a wall or a pole, you'll need the brackets as well:
