    Does anyone know if GMIT accept transfers to the school of nursing? almost finished first year in the east and looking to move closer to home preferably to NUIG but want to try the likes of gmit too just incase.

    Im sure they do, into GMIT Castlebar.

    You would have to speak to the head of department though, to get a definate answer, and also the deadline for all add on's and transfers was today, so... maybe for next year?

    I am looking to transfer in hope of starting in september. Is the deadline already passed for then?? Seems a bit early so hopefully thats for this semester?

    Anyway thanks for the info, gonna send an email later today.

    they will still accept your transfer, fill this in and post it off. http://www.gmit.ie/apply-to-gmit/direct/docs/app-form-en.pdf

    Send your completed application form and all necessary support documents to Direct Admissions, The Admissions Office, GMIT, Dublin Road, Galway, Ireland on or before 1st May 2012.
