Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    I can't get my new iPad to sync with my eircom webmail. Does anyone have the correct settings please?

    Hi there, I also seem to be having trouble with settings adding an eircom email account to my mini iPad. I tried the link that whiterebel posted but there seems to be an error on the page.

    I have an old Eircom email address which I use daily, although UPC is the broadband provider - the error message is as follows
    The user name or password for SMTP (my email address)@smtp.upcmail.ie is incorrect

    Can anyone please help - is this the UPC password - I have a password for the Eircom account but not sure about UPC - any help would be appreciated.:)
