Watching tv last night and saw red lights rising from south Dublin through my upstairs windows? anybody else see them? Were these chinese lanterns?

If they were red, and rising in the air, they were almost definitely chinese lanterns.

I know a lot of people hate everything being attributed to chinese lanterns, but they are by far the most common 'unusual' thing to see in the sky, especially in Dublin.
