Your are going to have to apply through the CAO and as UCD is one of the university's that require the MSAP along with NUIG and UCC. I am almost certain that you are too late to apply for this coming year but contact UCD's admissions office.
If so it will be the following year and iirc the CAO applications open around November with the cut off date for mature student being February 1st once you complete your Cao application you will need to apply to sit the MSAP which was held on the 18th of February this year.

    Best of luck!

These are the courses that you still have time to apply to, It says before the 1st of May and yes it is through the CAO. Arts is on it, so you may be in luck!

The late application to Arts for Mature applicants is only available to people coming from the UCD access course. If you haven't completed that there's no late application for Matures as UCD requires all Mature applicants for Arts to sit the MSAP which took place in February.
