Anyone paint their house recently? Looking to paint our semi-d. Neighbour just painted his side, now I'm dragging down the neighbourhood. :D

Would love to know prices people have paid in the last couple years for a standard 3bed semi-d.

Also, recommendations for Galway house painters would be great appreciated.

    From Galway.

Did you ask the neighbour? Perhaps s/he got a good deal somewhere. Check Lidl/Aldi for deals, since it's spring they might have stuff on.

Dulux Weathershild for painting a house,or Sandtex. Both can be had in various colours.

Alot of builders providers are selling Dulux Weatershield Brilliant White for around 40-45 euro for 12 litres.:)

    Forget the Lidi/aldi paints.:(

Thanks for the advice so far. I should clarify looking for recommendations of painters in Galway.

Not sure if people who did neighbours house are available or price is representative. Bit of a wink and a nudge going on there.
