Anyone received 30% mortgage interest relief yet?

Hi Has anyone received the 30% mortgage interest relief for mortgages taken out by first-time buyers between 2004 and 2008 promised in the 2012 budget? I know 4 other people besides myself who are eligible for it (rang Revenue for confirmation) but we still haven't received any relief and it's 2nd April already. Mac
