hi,
I am currently on illness benifit and receive a disablment benifit for an accident at work.I have been offered a placement on a community employment program. I am aware that the double payment system has been done away with and I'm not allowed apply for partial encapicty payment because fas and social welfare are the same organization now. if I take the emploment position i will lose my benifits. I wondering is there another supplement i'm allowed to claim for. I would be losing a 50 euro a week (which i can't afford) but would like to get back to a normal life. I'm trying to way up the pro's and con's. Has any one any advice or has anyone else been in this situation.
