Best online banking for interest?

Hey, I've been looking about at some banks for investing some money. I have some money in my Ulster Bank account and I'm getting more or less nothing from them. What would be the best one be, is anyone in Rabo Direct, KBC would you recommend them? Thanks

KBC seem the best at minute.

It looks like they are just setting up their online banking though.
