Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

stone mulcher for reseeding

    i have a few acres of stoney land, and i saw on the journal an article about a stone mulcher 160 euros an hour, what size of stone will it break? is it any good:confused:

    seen pic's of them working and they look good... only thing is it looks like they work VERY slow.

    They do good work alright, but they're painfully slow. About an acre every 3 hours in average conditions. It might be cheaper to get someone with a stone picker instead.

    i seen my neighbour reseed land that was covered in a base of rock , he stored mushroom compost for about 6 months and then spread it over the field about 6 inches deep and ran a land leveler across it , people taught he was crazy sowing grass seed in it but it turned out to be a mighty result

    thats tipical ireland someone comes up with a idea gives it a go but is shot down before anyone can see the results ,:)
