Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi All, Sorry if this is in the wrong section

Want to ask a question I'm with (__________) and they provid good internet and TV is ok, only thing is their website it's piss poor, no proper contact information, no proper TV channel guide. is there anyone I can complain to other than the TV provider? I'm not going to name then now but if Mods allow it I'll name them,

What if someone who isn't using them and may be interested and when you go on the website you can't find much information you need so again the lack of information is bad

Not AH material, maybe not even Consumer Issue.
Try computer forum and maybe they can help you find the mail for company so you can contact them.
I don't think there is a central organisation for these types of complaints, each company sets up their own website and decides their own web content.
