I have started getting app updates that lead to this.

Is there away to block these, as I dont see any way to unsubscribe ?

    Hi A2LUE42,

    Thanks for you post.

There is a feature on all Internet browsers which allows you to block certain sites. On Microsoft IE, you can go into your control panel and select Internet Options. Choose the 'Security' tab, and then select 'Restricted Sites' - Add the website you wish to block.

    I hope this helps.

    Best wishes,
    Ant

Have you been charged for any of these texts?

It says on the top of the webpage to unsubscribe text STOP to 57582 or in the FAQ: you can send a mail to our customer service with a request to unsubscribe: support@yurmobile.com

Make sure you include your mobile number in the email

Eh, if you email them or text stop they will certainly scam you. Contact Meteor to block all premium text messages straight away.

    Hi A2LUE42,

Please see Spongebob's advise above. Don't contact the App vendor or don't send them any email until you contact your mobile Phone provider. They will help you with this or advise how to block this service.

    Best wishes,
    Ant
