Account debited but no cash dispensed from ATM

So, it is not a first time actually, but this time i am short of 400E, and feel like i am being taken for a ride by my own bank. This just happened to me on an AIB ATM. Im with Ulster Bank.
It was meant to dispanse the last 40 euro in my account until payday next week.
Now I'm without cash.
Called AIB and they said it should be back by Monday.
Great. What'll I use for the weekend?

Happened to me yesterday with an AIB ATM yesterday in Ashbourne . Didn't dispence cash . Used one next to it . Gave me money . I went into bank and told them , they checked my account and said my account had only been debited for money I took out in second ATM . Strange alright !
