Wow :L ...i wouldnt have that dedication :L ...maybe 3 or 4 times a week. What do you do?run?weights?

haha well it's not intense training.. and I don't really know what I'm doing.
    I do;
    -100 sit ups (no breaks)
    -10 push ups
    (10 second break)
    -10 push ups
    (10 second break)
    -20 weight lifts
    (10 second break)
    -20 weight lifts
    (20 second break)
    -20 weight lifts
    (30 second break)
    -20 sit ups
    (10 second break)
    -10 push ups and I'm done :)

I gave up football though (gaelic) and soccer is finished and my mam has been getting on to me about getting more exercise because she said ''soccer and tennis wont be enough to increase your heart rate'' So I think I'm gonna start jogging too.

How about you, what do you do when you work out?

    /long post, sorry :/

sounds good :P .. I think I'm gonna get into jogging/running myself.. I did a 4k cross country for my school last year with no practice sou shouldn't take me too long to get into the swing of things.

    How much do you lift?

But since I grew up in a family of big meat eaters, and I basically deprived them of red meat this week, I'm putting mince in too (fried with one-cal spray oil ;) ) It's in the oven now so I'm praying I don't poison them :p

Haven't got my subjects back yet but it will be English,Irish,Maths,French,Geography,Accounting and then either business or physics. Then if I get business I want to do economics outside school and if I get physics I might do app. math outside school.

How come you want to do an extra subject? Are you planning on dropping one of the others to pass?

Depends on your interests.. it should be a managable subject though and not one with course work.

Me too, it should be something you will like though as well as you wont have teachers telling you to study for it or to do homework for it, it'll be all down to you.
