Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Forks seals are starting to weep on my GIXR L fitted with upside down forks. Has anyone replaced these DIY? What tools are required apart from the obvious, bench vice and paddock stands, sockets etc.

If I have to get done where would recommend and how much, labour etc?

The fork stanctions seem ok, ie no pits scoring etc.

    Cheers

Set of allen keys and something to measure the fluid level too(used a steel rule myself) , very simple job, it's just akward getting the forks off in the first place.

Edit: check youtube, some good 'how to' vids there.
